Henan Mining Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd.
Startup Foundation Phase
On April 28, founder Cui Peijun responded to Changyuan’s “Return Home Project” initiative by establishing a factory. With an investment of 25 million yuan, the facility was constructed within 100 days and began generating profits within six months of operation.
Initial Expansion Phase
Phase II expansion involved an investment of over 30 million yuan, adding more than 60,000 square meters of production space, constructing a 15,000-square-meter standardized workshop, and establishing a research and development center.
Period of Diversified Development
Phase III expansion: Expanded the site by 15,000 square meters, launched production of heavy-tonnage, long-span cranes, acquired Jinhua Crane Equipment Co., Ltd., completed five standardized steel-frame workshops, and expanded the product range to five major series with over 50 varieties. In 2005, “Kuangyuan” brand cranes were exported to Vietnam, marking the beginning of internationalization.
Supporting Facilities Completion Period
Phase IV expansion involves investing 5 million yuan to construct a multi-functional dining hall, bathing center, and office building. A new 5,000-square-meter steel-framed workshop will be built with an investment of 1.5 million yuan. This includes establishing a gourd-shaped spray painting assembly line and purchasing equipment such as shot blasting machines and straight-line cutting machines.
Production Capacity Expansion Period
Phase V construction and the renovation of the old factory site, covering 120 mu (approximately 8 hectares), involved a total investment of 120 million yuan. This project established six large steel-framed workshops totaling over 50,000 square meters, including a machining center and modern equipment such as upgraded CNC lathes. Subsequently, the company achieved the highest production volume of single-beam products nationwide.
Technology Upgrade Period
March: Mass production commenced at the end-beam standardization workshop. May: Construction began on a double-girder eight-span workshop spanning 27,400 square meters, with a total investment exceeding 50 million yuan. October: Strategic partnership established with Beijing Crane & Transport Machinery Design & Research Institute to build a flexible production line for single-girder cranes. November: First batch of large-tonnage cranes manufactured for Baosteel Group loaded and shipped.
Period of Intelligent Transformation
The Smart Industrial Park commenced operations, with the Heavy Equipment Eco-Park breaking ground in 2022. The 740,000-square-meter Smart Industrial Park now houses over 100 automated production lines, replacing hazardous manual labor with robotic arms. The facility has secured over 500 national patents and provincial-level scientific achievements.
Expansion Phase
In 2021, production and sales exceeded 100,000 units (sets), with sales revenue reaching 7.4 billion yuan; by 2024, production and sales are projected to reach 128,600 units (sets), generating an output value of 10.3 billion yuan. Products are sold in over 130 countries and regions worldwide.
